The star-studded ICE Classic concert cycle is back! Countertenor Jakub Józef Orliński, one of the greatest rising stars in classical music of recent years, makes a welcome return to Kraków! Winner of the “Paszport Polityki” and Opus Klassik prizes, the Gramophone Classical Music Award and more recently the International Opera Award, the artist performs two concerts at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre on 17 July. We will hear a repertoire from Orliński’s second solo album Facce d’amore: a selection of arias by Cavallo, Handel, Bononcini and Conti. He will be accompanied by il Pomo d’Oro ensemble specialising in performing early operas.
