A crime shatters a family. A wife and mother disappears, and the husband – Adam – stands accused. Caught between guilt, fear, and the desperate need to make sense of it all, he struggles to hold on to a reality that keeps falling apart. But who stands behind the crime – Adam himself, a devoted friend, or someone else entirely? Or perhaps things are not as they seem?
Mind Prey is a world where logic takes a holiday and every answer raises another question. A tragicomedy about guilt, identity, and the absurdity of being human – blending sharp humour, surreal turns, and raw emotion. The play pulls the audience into a whirlwind of laughter, doubt, and judgment – right up to the very end.
Premiered in November 2023 at Theatre KTO in Krakow, Mind Prey has since captivated audiences at the International Theater Festival in Carthage, Tunis, and at the International Theater Festival in Alexandria, Egypt.
