Spontaneity, courage, emotion and a tinge of absurdity – in the world of theatrical improvisation, possibilities are endless and brilliant shots that hit the mark come along equally impressive shots in one’s extremities. The audience is the judge of taste, and depending on the mood it can also play the role of an unpredictable director. During the biggest improv festival in Poland, carefully selected Polish and international ensembles will perform in Kraków, as they do every year. Audiences comfortable with the English language are likely to be interested in Jane Austen’s improvised novel Austentatious, the solo musical StaceJam, an unusual first date at Cafe Amour and an Unexpected Meeting with actors from four countries.
