Theatres from Kyiv, Zaporozhye, Kharkiv, Luhansk, as well as from Poland and Latvia will perform during the 12th edition of the festival. They will show 20 performances presenting traditional, experimental, acting and puppet theatre and interpreting the classics and the latest dramatic works. The motto of this edition are Les Kurbas’s works: Theatre is to be today what society is to be tomorrow.
We will see, among others, the Taras Shevchenko Cherkassy Theatre , who will present Stolen Happiness based on Ivan Franko’s play, and the Luhansk Drama Theatre with the play Avalanche according to Tuncer Cücenoğlu.
All plays will be performed with English or Polish subtitles.
