Completed in early 1970, the legendary rock opera tells the story of the title character’s final days. Today, the work by Lloyd Webber (music) and Rice (libretto) is one of the most famous memoirs of the hippie counterculture, and its history spans the world, including Poland. The show had a brilliantly received première at the Variété Theatre 10 years ago and is now returning to the regular repertoire. The anniversary evening of 13 March will be complemented with a short concert. The performance is presented in Polish.
