The House of Light and Sound association invites you to a concert of premieres New Light, New Sounds, which will take place on 9th October 2024 at the Cricoteka Centre for Documentation of the Art of Tadeusz Kantor. The program includes pieces by Magdalena Długosz, Zofia Dowgiałło, Piotr Roemer, Janusz Krzysztof Korczak and Michał Dorman.

Five composers, five new pieces and five different views on sound in a new light. That will be the first concert consisting entirely of premiere performances of pieces by composers from the House of Light and Sound. New pieces are also brought together by instrumentation, which includes flutes of various types, harp, piano and electronics in the form of electroacoustic layer (also interactive) and sounds transformed live. The performers will be the composers themselves, as well as the flutist Renata Guzik who specializes in contemporary music. The enviroment for all performances will be a light scenography. After the concert, there will be an opportunity to talk with the composers and performers, with the chance to get hands-on experience with the instruments.

Free tickets can be picked up in person at the CRICOTEKA starting from 17th September 2024.

The number of places is limited.

People with special needs can inform about the intention to participate in the event and possible special needs by phone contact with CRICOTEKA's cash register at the number: (12) 442 77 70, ext. 101.
