Zofia Paloma Hyjek - Born in 1991 and originally from Krakow where she also works, she studied three fields at the Academy of Fine Arts of this city: Interior Design, Graphics and Painting, in which she obtained a diploma in the studio of Rafał Borcz. In everyday life, she combines all her education by engaging in any artistic activities she wants, starting with creating applied graphics and all the way through comics, posters, prints, drawings, murals and paintings. In her work, she draws inspiration mainly from personal implosion, Slavic mythology, the philosophy of Carl Gustav Jung, James Lovelock and Martin Heidegger.
She's the Founder of a publishing house called Studio EEEOOO, revolving around screen printing and RISO and her Artworks are in private collections in Poland and abroad, sold by the F.A.I.T. foundation or Desa. Zofia often collaborates with musicians by creating covers for publications, posters for events, illustrations and she has also been DJing for 5 years.
