Let’s keep things brief: the season for outdoor festivals is coming to an end, so let’s make the most of the last warm summer days at picnics and the “Operetta Gala”. Feeling lazy? Head to parades with dachshunds (mind your ankles!) and bees (you will find a little something at the Wolnica Square!). Not hungry? The experimental and uncompromising Sacrum Profanum festival is back. It will be (very!) loud, but there’s also something for kids and fans of opera and folk. Still not enough? The International Print Triennial is hosting yet another major exhibition. There are also brand-new exhibitions at the aerodrome and at the shooting range (let’s shoot some selfies!). Surprised? And of course September means the return of the Kraków Opera and Philharmonic, Sinfonietta Cracovia and Capella Cracoviensis. Fancy something new to read? There’s the Family Book Fair, the National Reading Campaign and celebrations of Stanisław Lem’s birthday. Tired? Head to the Vistula to take a look at second-hand book stalls and to simply chill out… Goodbye, summer? Hello ICE Kraków!
