The concert led by Łukasz Borowicz will be full of meditation and reflection evoked by the scene of Isolde’s death from Wagner’s drama to musical setting of the famous mediaeval sequence by Francis Poulenc. The concert will also include Psalm V, diploma work of young Roman Palester from 1931, at the same time being the last work the composer worked on in 1988, a year before his death. The work was performed for the first time only last year with the baritone Mariusz Godlewski in the solo part.
