Kraków Music Autumn has been launched by its initiatiors Jan Kalinowski and Marek Szlezer as a response to the shortage of events presenting classical chamber music in Polish cultural life panorama. Its programme idea is to mix less-known contemporary works and compositions of Polish authors with works from the more popular repertoire.
This year, we will hear among the others Piazzolla’s tangos for flute and piano, very early very contemporary music for recordes and lute and Chopin’s famous piano works.
